Once again, Bryan Konietzko has decided to tease us with a color corrections image from Book 3 of The Legend of Korra. These shots from post-production works have steadily become a lasting tradition on his blog ever since Book 2's pre-season began. This time, he shares a picture from the RGB parade featuring Book 3's villain. Although the body remains unidentifiable, you can still make out some of basic features of the character. [via]
Pretty cool scene from Legend of Korra's Book 3, featuring Asami and Korra. Or as Byran Konietzko noted them as Book 3 buddies. Apparently, Bryan's new phone doesn't like taking pictures of screens, therefore the picture had to be taken in black & white.
Bryan Konietzko's new book 2 image from his blog foreshadows some interesting action to come. Tenzin and his two siblings Bumi and Kya are clearly presented in this HD shot.
Book 2: Spirits is well under-way as Bryan Konietzko shares this new scene picture from a mixing session. It's confirmed that the upcoming season is in its final stages of production. As a matter of fact, Nick has already given us a promotional video with exclusive footage and behind the scenes with creators: Bryan Konietzko and Michael DiMartino.
Bryan's Tumblr is quite helpful when it comes to news and updates because he regularly blogs about Korra. Lucky for us fans, he also throws in some sneak-peak scenes from Season 2 once in a while!

It looks like Bryan Konietzko is hinting some signs of some type of lemur returning to Book 2 of Legend of Korra. He shared this color correction scene on his Tumblr, giving the fans a little taste of season 2 of LOK, like he is known to do. It would be great to have a lemur back in Legend of Korra's next season. They are awesome creatures, as I'm sure you all know. While the picture is obviously not momo, it is definetly a lemur. Perhaphs Momo's son or grandson... Share your speculations or thoughts below in the comments section! We'd love to hear from you.
Bryan Konietzko, co-creator of Avatar and Legend of Korra, has been very kind to the fans in terms of giving us little previews of Book 2! Throughout the course of the past few months, the fans have received several scenes and color-corrections from the upcoming season, all thanks to Bryan's blog! This latest scene features Avatar Korra, obviously staring or facing something in an angry manner. This suggests that there will be more interesting action for us fans to look forward too! Additionally, Bryan points out Korra's new Book 2 shirt from his post:
Korra, upset with someone off-screen, yet pleased with her new Book 2 shirt.
Bryan Konietzko, co-creator of Avatar and Legend of Korra, was nice enough to give us another color correction scene through his well-known Tumblr blog. As a nice follow up from his Korra color-correction, this one features Bolin and Eska on the streets of the city. One of the popular speculations, from what I've heard so far, is that perhaps Bolin takes Eska out on a date. Could this mean that Eska is Bolin's love interest? Additonally, the expression on Eska's face looks rather negative (maybe even a little sad) and could mean some potential conflict. Many fans have different takes on this. Someone posted on the AvatarWiki, describing how Bolin and Eska cannot be a couple. On the contrary, Avatar Patel from YouTube has a different speculation and shares it through his new video. What would be a better name for the Bolin-Eska ship? Take a moment and respond in the comments below!
Above are some simple pencil sketches from Book 2. If you want to see some speculations and insight as to the meaning of these images, check out this interesting video published by AvatarTherapy on YouTube. Be sure to leave your personal opinions/speculations below in the comments!
Late Friday night, Bryan Konietzko (co-creator of Korra & ATLA) leaked this scene from Book 2. 10:57 PM, Konietzko published this picture on a Tumblr post along with a short paragraph. Bryan explains how this week is his one year anniversary for his blog. He recalls how he kicked off his first blog post last year with a Book 1 color correction session and decided he would do the same again for Book 2. Although the scene isn't too much, I still find it quite interesting. You can definitely tell the change in color tone between the two screens. Bryan also relates the progress for Book 2 in an interesting analogy. In fact, here is his exact paragraph from the post.
Being at a color correction session for Book 2 today reminded me that I kicked off this blog a year ago this week with a snapshot of Korra from a Book 1 color correction session. A year later and I’m still behind in all my work, you’re all still mad the show is not out yet (which, please understand, is akin to being mad at a tree for not growing apples fast enough), and Korra is still a badass. Thanks for caring enough to be mad and for following this blog! Love, Bryan
There have been many interesting leaks and details on Legend of Korra's upcoming Book 2 so far. But this one right here, perhaps may be the most interesting one yet. Especially since the announcement of 26 more episodes ordered by Nickelodeon, the fans have been more then eager to learn more about the upcoming episodes and seasons. Waiting patiently, is not at all, in the minds of the fans. As you can see, the picture above is one that has been sources and leaked from the upcoming Book 2. Some theories have been suggested about the scene above. We can see that Avatar Korra and Asami Sato seem to be in a desert or dry area type setting. Note that in the background, we see a structure that looks like a Fire Nation tower. That not only supports the fact that Book 2 will have other settings beside Republic City, but also the theory that Book 2 may also have more on Zuko's mom as she was also part of the Fire Nation. Another point, is that the picture also seems to confirm that Asami will continue to stick with Team Avatar in Book 2, regardless of the Mako & Korra tensions.
We have also managed to get a leak of another image. This one appears to be some basic sketches from the Book 2 storyboard. In this image, we ask you, as the fans, to provide some insight and speculations. Comment your ideas & thoughts on the storyboard sketches below!
