The Avatar series as a whole is known for its outstanding soundtrack composition. It is one of the key factors that allows Avatar and Legend of Korra to stand out from many other television shows. The masterminds behind the music you hear is Jeremy Zuckerman, the main composer of the music. He was kind enough to share a piece from the Legend of Korra Book 2 soundtrack, titled Jinora's Light. You can listen to it below.
The Legend of Korra's highly-anticipated premiere of Book 2 resulted in quite a success, with over 2.6 million views. As we get ready for more Korra in the coming weeks, here are the upcoming episode titles.
Guest Post by Mike Train Korra has finally returned, and she's preparing to tackle a whole new set of challenges in Book 2. This time, the Southern Water Tribe is spiritually unbalanced, and it's up to the Avatar to make things right. After an update on the whereabouts of Bolin, Mako, and Korra, they depart for the Southern Water Tribe to participate in the Glacial Spirits Festival. When they arrive, they discover the chief of the Northern Water Tribe has also arrived for the Glacial Spirits Festival. Later that night, Korra is attacked by a Dark Spirit and nobody can stop it until Unalaq steps in and sends it away. Amazed by Unalaq's power, Korra insists that he teach her about instead of Tenzin. Tenzin moves on with his "vacation" while Korra and the others journey to the South Pole to put an end to the unbalanced spirituality. After they accomplish that, it is discovered that the Northern Water Tribe is invading the Southern Water Tribe under the guise of finishing the job. With the next two episodes being titled Civil Wars, we can assume that they'll be covering the oncoming invasion of the Northern Water Tribe. I found myself thinking of Unalaq as a villain like Tarrlok, but his intentions are not evil. A battle between Unalaq and Tonraq is inevitable, as is Korra returning to Tenzin for teaching her about spirits. As for how Desna and Eska will react to the invasion is up in the air, but their role in the upcoming episodes may be very prominent. With the Avatar presumably fighting to defend the Southern Water Tribe, their odds of fending off the attack is high. Because Unalaq is the only one who's demonstrated the ability to defeat Dark Spirits, it's possible that his life will be spared. The Civil War's affect on the two tribes and even the rest of the world is uncertain. Overall, the first two episodes of Book 2 were comparable to the best from Book 1. The animation and music were great, as was the writing. If the next twelve episodes are up to par with the first two episodes, Book 2 will certainly surpass Book 1's quality for me. After waiting 15 months, I can gladly say that I feel the wait was worth it. Korra has finally returned, and we have a promising book to look forward to.

Book 2: Spirits is well under-way as Bryan Konietzko shares this new scene picture from a mixing session. It's confirmed that the upcoming season is in its final stages of production. As a matter of fact, Nick has already given us a promotional video with exclusive footage and behind the scenes with creators: Bryan Konietzko and Michael DiMartino.
Bryan's Tumblr is quite helpful when it comes to news and updates because he regularly blogs about Korra. Lucky for us fans, he also throws in some sneak-peak scenes from Season 2 once in a while!

After the epic Book 2 sneak-peak we received a few days ago, it's nice to get some leaked images from the upcoming season. It is not officially confirmed that these images are legit, but they seem to look fine. They were first posted on Tumblr by a blogger, who claims they are from season 2.
In the past few days, the Legend of Korra fandom has been sparked up with intense energy and excitement. On the weekend of June 8-9, Nickelodeon released a small sneak-peak commercial trailer including LOK in it. Now, today, June 10 2013, they have given us a full Legend of Korra Book 2 scene clip video (from IGN) including behind the scenes information from Bryan Konietzko and Michael DeMartino (creators of Avatar.)
The video not only has the epic Book 2 clip scene of LOK, but it also contains interesting information for the upcoming Season 2. It will definitely get you excited about Korra's return as the sneak-peak preview presents an interesting battle scene. Additionally, you'll get some cool facts and some knowledge about some of the "enemies" Korra will face!
After several disappointment and angry reactions from false alarms, Nickelodeon has finally given the Legend of Korra fandom something too look forward too. Earlier, Nick released a commercial video campaign, advertising their upcoming schedule. In the commercial, they presented several short clips of shows and urged viewers to tune in all next week, claiming to show sneak-peaks and exclusives. Along with many other shows in the video, Legend of Korra's season 2/book 2 had it's nice little 2 second spot. You can view the trailer below! Also, make sure to be watching Nick next week because the exclusives begin at 4/3 PM central. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's the first time I'm actually looking forward to commercials...
