The first official trailer for Book 3: Change of The Legend of Korra was finally revealed by Nickelodeon. A little over two minutes, the video portrays a dramatic impact with epic footage and exciting scenes. Interesting plot details are revealed and there seems to be some true change in the upcoming book. For the past several months, the whole community had eagerly been waiting for the release of something like this and now we have finally received it. Interestingly enough, according to co-creator Bryan Konietzko, the only reason for the premiere of the trailer so early was due to the major leakage of four episodes from Book 3 that occurred earlier this week. Had it not been for that leak, we most likely wouldn't even have had this trailer at the current moment in time.
The Legend of Korra Book 2: Spirits has been announced for release on Blu-Ray & DVD editions for this summer. July 1, 2014 is when the sets will be officially available for public purchase and distribution.
Both the Blu-Ray editions and the DVD editions are said to contain tons of bonus features and extra behind-the-scene content. Here are two sneak-peak videos from the sets. (Pre-order Blu-Ray on Amazon | Pre-order DVD on Amazon)

Assuming you have already watched the newly leaked Netherlands Legend of Korra Book 3 trailer, you would know that the quality wasn't too great. In fact, I'm pretty sure it was recorded via potato. Nonetheless, we are not complaining and nor is the entire Legend of Korra fandom. Something is better than nothing, right? Additionally, we were able to extract some enhanced images of some footage from the trailer, which can be viewed below. If you haven't seen the trailer we are referring to yet, be sure to check it out. (You can be boring and simply watch it on the normal YouTube website, but if you want, you can also watch it on our latest project: AvatarTube!)
Yep, those are dragons. And that looks like it could be an older Zuko in Book 3 riding them.
In the past few days, the Legend of Korra fandom has been sparked up with intense energy and excitement. On the weekend of June 8-9, Nickelodeon released a small sneak-peak commercial trailer including LOK in it. Now, today, June 10 2013, they have given us a full Legend of Korra Book 2 scene clip video (from IGN) including behind the scenes information from Bryan Konietzko and Michael DeMartino (creators of Avatar.)
The video not only has the epic Book 2 clip scene of LOK, but it also contains interesting information for the upcoming Season 2. It will definitely get you excited about Korra's return as the sneak-peak preview presents an interesting battle scene. Additionally, you'll get some cool facts and some knowledge about some of the "enemies" Korra will face!
After several disappointment and angry reactions from false alarms, Nickelodeon has finally given the Legend of Korra fandom something too look forward too. Earlier, Nick released a commercial video campaign, advertising their upcoming schedule. In the commercial, they presented several short clips of shows and urged viewers to tune in all next week, claiming to show sneak-peaks and exclusives. Along with many other shows in the video, Legend of Korra's season 2/book 2 had it's nice little 2 second spot. You can view the trailer below! Also, make sure to be watching Nick next week because the exclusives begin at 4/3 PM central. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's the first time I'm actually looking forward to commercials...
